bike inspection
DO NOT go to a bike shop.................go to a regular place that mostly does cars. Good brake pads, tires, and one mirror for a pass. Blinkers aren't required, but if you have one you need all four, and they have to work.
Like he said don't go to a bike shop. I take mine to the local meineke. As long as ur tires are good and blinkers work I think that's all they really checked. Bike shops get anal about every lil thing
From my observation, the best place to get a bike inspected is a shop that only works on cars, that way, it's unlikely that they will try to peddle you parts to pass inspection. The best place to get a car inspected is a shop that only works on Trucks/RV's for the same reason, they don't have car parts to push on you.
sorry forgot to give you a location. im in virginia beach. i only have rear blinkers so i guess i need to take those off. also another thing. i need to get the bike a tune up. just things like oil, tightening chain. stuff like that first but then im gonna need to get the valves adjusted. any good places around here for that? how much would i be lookin at for stuff like that?
