I was at a light on Rosemont earlier today when a black Tc pulled up next to me with an Asian looking fellow driving it. Light turns green and we both leave normally, but it sounded like it had a turbo. Every time he shifted, I could hear it wind up and blow off again. Looks like it has some slight exhaust work done to it also. Anybody know?
