ever hear of commercial real estate listings ? ... you will get alot further there than on here. Plus, do you have a square footage in mind ? I have a building for lease, but its 6,800 square feet, and at $13 a square foot, is $7,500 a month in your price range ? There is also an option to buy, minimum bid is 1.4 million. Its located on a main road, where 80,000 cars go by per day. If leasing, we will build to suite.

Tuners Edge is in Newport news. Next Level was on newtonrd right off va beach blvd towards baker rd, but they are close down now. The shop might still be avalible though.
