What u using teh car for drag racing? If so turbo all the way. If you are using it for autoX or that style you cant beat t5he throttle modulation, crispness and predictability of NA

HP goals would also be a concern, as well as budget....it will take a whole lot more money to build a high HP vtec engine, than a turbo engine...ie: right off the bat you're looking at several hundred HP on stock internals with a nice turbo kit and fuel system....but like Terry said, whatever you're going to be using the car for, should be the main deciding factor.
