ok, what is happening is when i try to start my car it turns over just fine, but it wont start, every once in a while it will kinda catch like it is trying to start, but then just die instantly. I have checked for codes, nothing, i have checked for spark, its fine, and i am getting fuel. Im all out of ideas, any help would be great, thanks

well the thing is, it was runninng fine all friday saturday morning then it did it once on saturday afternoon but the started right up, then on sunday morning it just wouldnt start at all

do a compression test....i would look more into the fuel side too.

 

check your distributor. I know that you said you had spark, but double check it. Your ignitor coil might be going out. How many miles on the engine?

 

check all grounds..make sure they arent loose or corroded.

Try replacing o2 sensor. My car has a bad o2 and sometimes it will not start up for about 15 minutes of trying to get it to start.
