I had read some articles about a possible fourth iteration of the Original Rotary Rocket. Just curious if anybody had seen/heard anything about this or if anybody wants to just talk about rotaries in general.

 

I heard something about bringing back the two door (RX-08)RX-7 if the 4-door RX-08 sells well in the US.

 

I've heard this too... from the scuttlebutt goin around. The 4th Gen RX7 is just going to basically be a RX8 with some minor modifications and only two doors and two seats.

 

how about some turbos id buy one

 

ive also heard this on CAR and DRIVER televison when they test drove the RX8 they mentioned it.

 

I think what they said is how much they miss the boost in acceleration turbos give and how the car needed one/some.

Might be mistaken.

 

i hope so 'cause the rx8 just doesnt do it for me like the rx7

im talking in terms of looks. i dont own a rotary and hope i never do, but i read the review of the rx8 and they (sport compact car i believe) said it handled great in the corners but as far as straight line acceleration, was no match for the rx7 they were chasing. the rx8 is ugly in my opinion. id much rather spend my money on a 3 series bmw or a 350z.
