Tire Mounting&Balancing
Looking for a place to mount my 225/45/17 tires
Preferably in Va Beach or maybe norfolk. I searched on this site at first and saw people recommended Pungo Off-Road, took it there, and they said the sidewalls were so stiff on the falken azenis that they were afraid to bend the rim and so they couldnt do it. So are there any other places you know of locally that can mount and dismount my tires without damaging the rim, at a reasonable price. A couple places a tried near my house were charging $1 per inch to mount and another $1 per inch to balance and $10 to remove the old tires, which comes out to $34 a tire. If there is any place you guys know of that can do it for a better price, let me know. thanks.

well, I don't know about that specific tire......but i took a set of Falken ZE512's to get mounted and balanced at Tread Quarters, and they only ended up charging me $25 for all 4 because they have new pricing codes and they're all screwed up.

Boss Wheels was $10/rim to mount and balance last time I went. It's another $10 if you need the tires dismounted though.
Oh yea, it was for 195/50/15 and 205/50/15 (Azeni's) size tires.
