anyone like the new kawasaki zx-6r 636, i think im about to get one, just wondering if anyone has rode the 05, i have ridden the 04, didnt know if there was much difference

doesn't exist, zx6r = 636, zx6rr = 600cc bike for competition purposes

 

yea zx6r is the 636, the other one is just the regular 600

the ZX6R is the 636 model. the ZX6RR is the more race-ready version of the 636 but has the 599cc motor so its within specifications for 600 class racing. the RR is also more ergonomecly designed for track use. its not a comfortable street rider and (as far as i know) was put on the market moreso for the serious track enthusiast who wanted an out of the box track bike... ::shrug:: i could be wrong but I think thats what I read a while back in cycle world magazine
