hey guys i was jus wondering if anyoner in the woodbridge area can help me trouble shoot my car it broke down on 95 and i got it towed to my house i really dont know wats the problem everytime i try to start it it backfires on me,also before all that happened my speedo cable keeps poppin out on my 89 civic w/b16. Does anyone know what it could be im thinking fuel pump,injectors or timing but im not for sure.info would be helpful or anyone that would swing by and help me look at.

what happened when it broke down? it's probably backfiring from timing but could be a lot of other things.

 

well i was just chillin at a red light and all of a sudden the car jus starts to die and it shuts off, and when i try to start it up it just backfires.and i was hoping someone can help me pinpoint the problem.
