RB26 in a 240sx
How much fabrication needs to be done to drop an RB26 in to a 240 (S14, or maybe S13). and what all would need to be done. would it be worth the hassle over the SR20DET? Thanks in advanced.

Its gunna be VERY expensive. The motorset is considerably cheap compared to what its gunna cost overall. In all honesty I dont think it to be worth the hassle unless youve got loads of cash to throw away.

I'm not sure about the specifics of it, but I know that what its worht is your call. Depends on what your goals/plans are for it, what you want it for, and what your priorities are. The RB costs more than the SR20, parts are more expensive, and the RB weighs more so it'll throw the balance off more.

Average Cost for an RB26 swap will be 12-15k...
5k for the motorset
2.5k for rebuild cost's
1k for Front mount
1k for suspension
1k for Fabrication
Rest for Installation..
