I want to say the b pipe will be a couple of inches too short. Take it to a muffler shop and have them hang and weld in a longer section. I put an ITR exhaust on my Civic and had to have an extention put in. The muffler shop did all the work, weld and install for $35.

You need to put an extension of about 6" in the I-pipe. Most muffler shops will hang it and add the extension for less than $50 like 1badITR said.
