Just messin around. I actually got a 240dl today that is gonna be the beater so I can take the turbo off the road to do some work. The struts are shot, so I'll be putting some decent eibachs or koni's in there first. After that I really need to swap a m46 into it, the aw71 is about shot. Then I will likely try to find the volvo intercooler to put into it. After that, who knows. Cams are on the horizon, as well as the slight possibility of getting a 16v head for it. Maybe a bit more boost somewhere along the lines. Although that will be quite a while down the line. I have a lot of weekends lined up for me.

Sounds good. I've heard the K cam goes quite well with a manual transmission. More power up top.

One right here, too. We have some nice meets from time to time, although Growley as of late has been absent.

For a cheap cam, go to the junkyard and pull a B-cam from a -82 240. The N/A B21's (the NA's with k-jet, the CIS fuel system like the turbos) have the B-cams. They're pretty aggressive, and cheap cheap cheap.

Aaaaah. Interesting. I've seen tons of posts on turbobricks about k and vx cams. never heard anyone talk about a b. Might just have to give that a shot. Thats a 4 hour job right there By the way, if anyone does see a complete m46 around lemme know
