Default Long shot but I'll try here first

What's up guys... I need advice on a couple things as to not get completley shafted, and to not be ignorant.

1. The time has come for new tires on my Stang. I do not race it, and I just want something that will perform well for my basic needs. I am looking for something in the $150 range per tire. (Is that a reasonable price?) I'm not trying to get radials obviously, so that is where I'm at. I'm going to ask my "mustang" friends of course, but if you have any suggestions I would much appreciate it.

2. I have come into the possession of an 88 Jeep Cherokee for weekend/beach use. I love it. However, it did not love inspection and failed due to bad rear brakes and a faulty seatbelt. The previous owner (*cough* my brother *cough*) just let it go in that regard, not a huge deal. My question is, I've been told that replacing a seatbelt is an easy fix and there's no reason I can't do it with some help. This is probably a dumb question, but can't I just go to U wrench it or something and get a seatbelt? Or do I need to buy a brand new one. If so? Where do you suggest?

Flame if you want, I don't give a fuck. I've never had to do this stuff myself so I might as well ask and learn now rather than look like an idiot in a store or at a shop or something. So, holler with some suggestions/tips, many thanks fuckers.

That is also a debate for me... do I stick with stock because I don't race? Or do I go a little bigger? Thanks for the tip on the seatbelt. I hate going to U-wrench-It, but I will if it's cheaper/faster.

get something at least in the 400's on the UTQG rating, if your not gonna be racing. this is basically a rating on how many miles u can expect to get out of the tire. I drive 100 miles a day. I am on my second set of these BFG's 91 mr2 na.
check these out, just a suggestion:

Ptown is where it's at right now apparently, never thought I'd be saying that.

I need a seatbelt for an 88 Jeep Cherokee driver seat. The others are burgundy/maroon that match the car, but I don't really care if it matches. If you can help with that you would rule.

Stock 17 inch tires, the ones that came with the car, are on right now.

Yes we are. If I had a dollar for everytime you said that to me I could have bought ALL of your past Hondas. Plus, come on, I've got to live in the ghetto for awhile before I can really appreciate a place to buy and settle down in in Virginia Beach. And don't act like you won't want to be living in the room over the garage.

Don't forget, Saturday, U-Wrench-It trip. It will suck, but I'll get you a slurpee for your troubles.
