Turbo Edit,in the Beach area...anyone know how to use it??

Turbo Edit,in the Beach area...anyone know how to use it??
im gettin ready to boost..and i have a pr4 that has a ubderdata chip in it already for a 8psi t3/t4 basemap..but thats just to get the car started,and safely to the dyno..i just wanted to know is there any tuning companies around here (abacass or somethin) that could tune my car on the OBD0 platform??
91 crx with an LS swap...attempting to do ls turbo.
