Get a hold of EEK, or one of the guys from Team Eurasia, as those guys are heavily tied with Noyan as far as I know. If one of the Eurasia guys doesn't see this tonite, EEK should see it tomorrow morning when he gets to work. Just to be sure, PM EEK or shoot him an IM.

I have bought about 25 motors from them and I have only had issues with 2 and they replaced both. And I am going to get another next weekend..... Another CRX B16 to do.............
