...cause i am picky, i dont wanna live in a bad area, houses in the areas i like are 260-300k and ti buy that knowing i may have to sell it in a year is just not on my 'todo list' i have a roomie who is in the navy we're thinking of moving outta va not sure yet tho still thinking on it. IF i desided to stay in 757 i will get a house this summer... also if i buy something it's gotta be nice, with alot of space, and a pool..with good parking.

parking at most of teh houses out here is soo bad, why am i going to PAY for a house when i have to park on the damn road!? bs.. i like my huge parking lot at the apts. never have a problem gettin a space.
