Sean IS in the wrong, but it sounds a lot like the seller is as well. The car was technically yours because you put the down payment on it and agreed on when the rest will be paid and storage of the car. I think if you wanted to, you could get a lawyer involved.
I checked into it and because i did not have anything in writing, it would be a lost cause . I think I will just put him in the wall at Langley , and keep pointing out what a piece of shit this guy is .
