what car he drive in williamsburg? i know theres an asshole in a white dodge somthin or other with a GIANT 3 ft wing, automatic, with 2 blue racin strips, hes a punk ass kid who thinks he can drive with S2000's and NSX's...

sorry for the lenghty post but I had to get out the whole point , feel free not to read it . But the asshole drives a 97-98 ( i think) black firebird and works at speedy oil and tune on 2nd street . And the 7 I was refferring to wasa RX 7 . Either way , I appreciate the comments

Alright Kenny, I was borred and decided I'd clean up your post. I took the liberty of making some of your sentences a little easier to read as well. I didn't leave anything out and didn't change the intent of your post.

Hey guys. I'm having a problem with a local punk kid that I feel needs to be addressed.
Sometime this past fall I purchased a car from a guy (Matt Berry) who lived in Williamsburg. It was agreed on that I'd give him $800 up front and the balance when I picked up the car . The guy told me not to worry about picking it up right away. He said that it was in no way a bother to leave it where it sat (on a trailer with a car cover covering it). I told him I was hoping to finish a convertible project that I was working on and then pick it up. He stated that would be fine. I gave him my phone number and the deal was done. I also know a few of his friends, so getting a hold of me should have been no problem.
Now most local RX-7 owners know one another and usually do anything to help other RX-7 owners and this has been the case with Sean Stewart. I have done many things in the past 2-3 yrs to help Sean out. I gave him a brand new set of oil seals, water jacket seals, fuel injectors and other accessories. In exchange he was suppose to help me complete my convertible project (which is still not done). I lent him a $800 Racing Beat exhaust system which I had to pick up before he sold it. I gave him several engine parts that he powder coated over at my house at no charge. He was going to bring the replacement parts, but that hasn’t happened either. Other people (who want to remain namelss) have done tons of favors for him. In exchange he cuts their grass, weed eats the yard, and does what ever shitty jobs need to be done. He has come over in the past and helped out with many projects as we have all done in the past over at other peoples houses. He was always welcome and this is why I was floored to hear that this good friend was really a PIECE OF SHIT.
I found out this week that Sean had run into Matt and told Matt that I was not interested in the car and was going to ask for a refund. This was a flat out LIE. Sean went out of his way to hide facts from me and others friends in our little group. After I found out about this I went over to Matt’s house to get my $800 (which was returned) and he informed me of what was said and what happened. Sesn knew I had bought this car from Matt and had plans for the car. I then went to Sean’s work place to pick up my exhaust and asked him to come out side and explain himself. I told him how shitty this was and told him to step up and do the right thing. I asked him to give the car back to me and I would return the $1500. He admitted that it was a crappy thing to do, but all he could say was snooze you loose. He got the car running already and had already put the title in his name. I even offered him some additional money back for this, but he still would not step up and do the right thing.
This PUNK ASS KID will one day have to act like a man. There is nothing I can legally do, but I can promise you guys this is not the end of this. I also need to point out that I am missing a few parts that have never shown back up along with a few tools. If this friend would do this to me and our friends he'll do it to the members of this forum. HE IS A BROKE PIECE OF SHIT. DON’T TRUST THIS GUY. HE WILL STEAL AND LIE TO YOU.

Sean IS in the wrong, but it sounds a lot like the seller is as well. The car was technically yours because you put the down payment on it and agreed on when the rest will be paid and storage of the car. I think if you wanted to, you could get a lawyer involved.
