I don't think the BMW driver should be punished either since they both willingly raced each other, but unfortunately that is not how the law works.


But i don't agree with you about how the BMW guy shouldn't feel bad. I guess it just comes down to the common value of life. If you and I were to race and you wrecked during the race, I would definitely make sure you're alright. That's just how I am though. I guess it all comes down to the person.
