I was merely saying that people build these street cars that intend of driving them on the street have a real hard time actually taking them to the drag strip to run them because of all the safety rules put in place. Most of the street racing i have seen is in the middle of nowhere and is somewhat organized. That said i believe most of the time the racer isn't the one who causes the accident. Their will always be exceptions because lets face it shit happens and being stupid is being stupid. I see more young teens who drive mommy's car around like it a formula 1 race car and 9 out of 10 times cause an accident.
