The kid who was bragging doesn't understand that there is a loss in hp from the tranny to the wheels and needs to be educated. Mitsubishi engines are rated at the crank not the wheels. So he was obviously going by what the dealer fact sheet said.

I wasn't dogging on you. I hope you don't think that. I was more dogging the kid who told you he was fast in his Lancer. I think the AE86 is a remarkable and unique platform. Can't wait till they bring the platform back... which I think they were saying they were going to.
