Not Stolen, just not paid for.... Its been sitting for a while now, and it makes no sense to have it out there and not ride it...So i figured id sell it and purchase a jet ski or something i can use. Id be more than happy to provide a bill of sale to buyer and original title once it is paid for on my end.
