either stolen or not paid for and once you buy it he will report it stolen and your ass is history
Not Stolen, just not paid for.... Its been sitting for a while now, and it makes no sense to have it out there and not ride it...So i figured id sell it and purchase a jet ski or something i can use. Id be more than happy to provide a bill of sale to buyer and original title once it is paid for on my end.
