FYI this isn't considered "lowered on stock bolts" as that would be using the OEM spring adjusters. This is using C6 front adjusters and longer rear bolts to get it lower than you can w/ the stock adjusters, just in case you were confusing the two.

Nah... didn't measure anything... yes it does look low, I can't even get 2 fingers between the quarter panel and tire. I'm going to lower the front all the way down when I put the front setup in then adjust the rear up to maintain the forward rake.

100% depends on which suspension package you get. The base suspension that this car came with is downright luxurious... it's amazing how nicely it soaks up the horrible highways around here. First I added C5Z swaybars and noticed a decrease in ride quality over sharp bumps... which was expected. Now I expect ride quality to reduce a little more w/ the car lowered and stiffer springs, but the Koni FSDs are pretty trick and should keep the cruise ride nice and smooth. The car will feel like a stock C5Z but a little smoother w/ the shocks... basically it's very comfortable but when you hit a sharp bump it reminds you you're in a sports car. IMO it's the best blend of performance/comfort for a street car.
