This happened after all the stuff went down at the church. Three friends of mine decided to go stop by and see who all was still out, not knowing anything about the events that happened that night. So, when they saw nobody there, they went to 7-11 (as they/we have done many nights when we've left the church).
So, as they're sitting there, out of the cars, with the cars turned off, the cops roll up. One of the first things one officer said to another was, "Write them all for exhaust."
Ummmm..... wtf? Vehicles not running getting exhaust tickets? How about vehicles with stock exhaust getting exhaust tickets? And yes, they really were stock exhausts. But you know, lowered Honda = aftermarket exhaust 100% of the time, right? Wrong.
A ton of other tickets went down, a total of 10 between 3 people. I wasn't there, but personally I wish I was. Either nobody would have gotten tickets, or I would have ended up in jail that night for running my mouth. I've had enough of the power trips.
I need to get a hold of them. I will do everything within my power to help them out, but I can't do that if I don't know who they are. I only know of one person who got a ticket and she paid before I could talk to her about it.
