If you have a car thats been totaled and you get a salvage title you can repair it and put back on the road but it has to be inspected by the dmv law enforcement. " Christine Bice " is the contact Law enforcement officer in the richmond area. I had a bike she inspected and a backhoe trailer that I had added another axle too. But if the car was totaled in any manor if you do get a rebuilt title you can't have full coverage for most insurance companies not sure if it is all. Don't believe me call D.M.V. they will back up what I said. If not I may be able to find ms bice's phone number.
