Soo court was great yesterday, quick and painless. The charge was droped down to improper driving, 40hours of community service and a 250 fine. No points added to my record.

if you got a court date, then yes he is gonna be there. and i had a buddy that was going 85 in a 55 and got it reduced and walked away with a 350 dollar fine
