Light Problem on 02 R6
Had a bulb out when i bought it. Replaced the bulb and everything was fine. Bike also had an alarm on it that didn't work and I think it was draining the battery because I bought the bike, rode it home. When out the next day and the battery was dead. Went and bought a new battery and a few days later it was dead(with no riding). So I pulled the alarm out and reconnected the wires according to jacket color(and shrink wrapped all connections). Everything seemed fine(though i can't remember if I tested the lights afterwards) Went out the other day and started the bike and hit the turn signal. The only Light that came on was the rear left and all it did was stay on. It wouldn't turn off with the switch, wouldn't switch to the left blinker and would stay on even if I turned the bike off and turned it back on. Well tonight I got to messing with it and it started to blink after I pulled the front right bulb(the rear left turn signal that is). It still won't go to the left blinker and when I try the tail and headlight flicker. When I do try to switch to the left I have to play with the switch to get the right to come back on.
Is it my switch has gone bad?
Could I have shorted something when I took the alarm out?
If it is the switch does anyone have a headlight/turn signal sitch for an 02 R6? I need to fix it this weekend as I have motorcycle safety class on monday!
Thanks for the help guys!

as stupid as it sounds, check all the turn signal bulbs and make sure they're ok, and not burned out. all it takes is one bad bulb to make the signals go haywire. if they're all ok, then let me know, and i'll see what i can do to help you out.

Make sure they are the right bulbs also. I saw a truck that didnt have a damn thing working right cuz it had one connection on the bottom instead of two.

All bulbs are good. They are brand new. I can have the left rear flashing and as soon as I put one of the front bulbs in it Goes steady. I am pullin hair out here. Could be the long work day or that this bike has been kicking me in the nuts since I bought it.

I took the bulbs with me to advance and matched them up. And I am almost positive that I checked and they were working fine.
