Who lives in an Apt?
I live in Falcon Creek luxury apartments, they're at the intersection of 134 and semple farm road. Rent for a 2 bedroom (both master bedrooms with bathrooms) is around $1050. There is also a badass gym, pool, computer area, coffee lounge and car washing center.
edit: there are also garages available.

when i was looking for places my first mistake was going to check out town center in oyster point first. nothing really topped that place in my book. Falcon Creek was nice too but the rooms were hella small.
I had a foundation leak that would soak my bedroom carpeting every time it would rain.
It took these bastards 5 months to fix the fucking thing.
I've livedn in 2 diff. apts in the last year of so.. both in vb so they'd probably be a bit of a drive but I'll give some info.
My current apt. is Windsor Lake. It's about 4-5 min. from 264 and about the same to the town center. Parking is pretty good unless you like coming home really really late then you'll have a small walk. Neighbors pretty much keep to themselves but those who are talkative are pretty nice. I live in a 3 bedroom so the prices are diff. but you can check out the website for more info on that.

The place I lived in before this was kings grant landing. Honestly, it's one of the best areas in vb. Great neighbors, and the houses all around are full of pretty much upper class people. The parking sucked, but it didn't bother me one bit as I was so impressed with the area. It's a good distance from anything though... about 5-10 min. from the rosemont rd. exit on 264.

I'm with this guy. Mainly because I live with him.
Got money for a nice place? Magnolia Chase Apt (not RUN) are verrrry nice. Run is across the road from here they are just about the same but the location is close to golf range and well i didnt wanna rish Tiger Woods putting one into my car. The Apts run around 1k a month for 1300sqfoot 2bed/2bath HUGE living room nice sized kitchen, and deck... plus garages are only $75 extra a month and very nice for the price.. (we have 2).
They near Centerville/Kempsville/Volvo area... ohh and i've never had anyone bitch about my music, tv, games..nothing so im happy been here almost 2 years now.
edit: Parking is GREAT here, no passes needed so you dont get towed away for not having a parking pass(one of the reasons we picked this place) you have to have up to date lic plats/state inspec..
