I rarely use a tinted shield at all, it should be fine at least until spring. I may get a darker one then.

I run a clear main shield... but the internal flip-down visor is dark smoke. makes it really convenient.

I use a tinted Pin-Lock. Much more convenient and keeps my shield from fogging up.

awww yeahhhh, if you do end up getting a magna I can tell you how to fix almost any problem that arises. (I have 2 of them

) The 85/86 700 magna is a great starter bike because honda fixed most of the problems the earlier magna's had.
