Im looking for a good welder who can help me out on the side....Car is too low now and dont feel like listening to the axle rub frame, so i need someone who does quality welding to help me...:

cut a 1/2" half circle in frame and reweld a steel pipe into frame, as seen here



im poor, so funds will be low, so if anyone can point me in a direction or willing to help, that would be great
