Default transmission removal problem

alright everyone, ive already encountered a problem as i expected, so any help ASAP would be greatly appreciated! bc im trying to get this done today. i cant remove my transmission bc of one bolt on the top that will not come out whatsoever. the problem is not breaking it loose, you can get it loose and after about a half turn it goes tight again. we threaded every bolt back in and supported the transmission with a jack so pressure is not the problem. unless someone can tell me otherwise i am convinced this bolt is screwed on the inside. HELP!

it's a bolt that holds the tranny to the block?

thanks for the ideas, sk8rmike, we ended up breaking off the bolt, but there are so many other ones im not gonna go get it machined and re threaded, so after we finally broke that off everything else was a breeze.
