Default I need help (engine codes)

I'm getting a code 8-14 and 15 88 CRX DX 1.5 anyone know what they are?

doent run past 3500 rpm's.

The car starts and idles fine but it gets to about 3500 and the check engine light comes on and sometimes quits fireing.
