ELD can be a number of different things. Make sure ALL three of your grounds are good (tranny, valve cover, and thermo). If all these are good make sure all of your connectors are connected to the correct spots. I had a problem where i had ECT A (switch on thermo) hooked up on ECT B (switch on block) and vise versa. Caused me to throw code 20 until i switched them back.
If all your grounds and connections are good, then your next move should be to check all your wiring. Make sure there are no bare wires touching anything. And if after all that you are still showing a code 20. You could also try and reset your ecu (unplug then plug it in again), that may clear it up.
