99-00 civic foglight question
i bought some jdm foglights for my 99 civic and i know that you have to cut out holes on your bumper but i want to know if a honda dealership can put them on or any other place you would recommend.thanks

I'm sure the dealership can do it, but if you take the bumper off and look behind it you will se an outline and if you were to do it yourself that would be the line you cut along. Its easy man, I did mine like a year or so ago.
