Exclamation Trying to pass inspection.....

im in yorktown, if anyone can help me out, PM me w/info. Just dont think ill pass b/c modded fuel system (SAFC), HIDs, no windshield washers, and ignition mods..... HELP!

man you guys most go to some picky ass places....gloucester isnt nearly as bad, take it to a little shop off the road i doubt they will fail you for any of that stuff

HIDs aren't exactly illegal anymore...new cars are coming with them. meineke on mercury here in hampton isn't too bad. they let you slide if you look like you really need it done

The last time I had my inspection, the only thing I got hit on was HIDs. Didn't even care about the turbo, bov, FMIC, exhaust, etc. I was told by the inspector that mods don't really matter as long as emissions equipment is still there and its in sound condition.

It's illegal to make any modification to your car's lighting system (considering that replacing headlamp bulbs is not a modification).
