Have your asshole and mouth sewn shut prior to going to court. And avoid showers if at all possible. I have been in court plenty for petty crap (expired inspection, suspension, exaust) ... the beach is crackin down, saw one guy get 90 days in jail, suspended 60, and 1000 in fines for hauling ass down shore drive. Only 30 days in jail, but if gets a ticket in the next 24 months for speeding, he has to serve the other 60.

 

I'm 17 and i got a reckless driving ticket in Newport news 65 in a 45. Cop made out i was street racing and i got 6 months restriction and a court fees DMV fees and class.

Got another ticket a month ago for operating a motor vehicle outside of license restriction. I was driving home from work and a pulled into advanced autos for some paint remover. Cop pulled me overe for reckless driving,his word were the car next to you didn't keep up with you around the turn so i see it as reckless. I was in the inside lane so natural they aren't going to stay with me.He didn't give me a ticket for that but he used it as probable cause to pull me over. Good luck, i hired a lawyer this time.
