What kind of car? I need more information...

Does it squeek when you are driving regularly, or only when you are stopping? Is it a constant squeek, or a squeek only when the car bounces?

And the clicking is more than likely a cv...

What kind of car? Rear drum or rear disc brakes? Some hondas use an ebrake implemented in with the caliper, and some have the ebrake hooked into ebrake shoes, and some are hooked into the drum brakes so it makes a difference.
