Default Turbo problems

I have a 2000 civic si witha turbonetics turbo kit on it. For some reason the blow off valve isn't blowing off. It's blowing off through the turbo and the car doesn't pull consistently. It pulls hard in whatever gear you start off in but every other gear feels like it its lacking. Please respond for some quick help.

Do you have the vacuum line into the BOV hooked up to a vacuum source on the intake manifold? If you don't, then it can't actuate.

when did you purchase the turbokit?? Turbonetics recently made a bunch of raptor blowoff valves with the wrong spring. I called them for mine and they sent me another complete blowoff valve.

Hope this helps.
