Intriguing in spite of the low wage. Any idea what those hours would be?

Usually 7 hours a day, 4 days a week. It's a "helper" position, but all of those full-time shop jobs are internal postings pretty much because it's "who you know." The same people who do the hiring do the interviews. Once in, those guys stay until they retire because of the benefits, job security, and pension plan. Thought some of the guys here might be interested, especially since it might fit in with a college schedule.

Hence my "intriguing" comment...my commissions have dropped by a little over 33% since september started. I was actually the only one of our 4 salesmen who even broke $1000 in sales yesterday, which is about 1/2 - 1/3 of what I'm used to on a normal sunday. So yea...I'm definitely keeping an open ear to the job market these days and would prefer something in the 20 - 30 hr/wk range. I think I'll apply and see what happens.

If offered the job, you can always say no. Go for it.
