rofl, sounds like a good setup and faster than 4.10s with a lid, cut outs, O/rly pipe, etc

Not true. An ls1 is an ls1. They all make the same power stock, no matter what year.

I hope you are joking because you are incorrect. The 01-02's make more power due to the different cam and intake among other things.

Ok dipshit...the 01-02s have smaller cams. They have the ls6 intake stock which was upgraded over the ls1 intake. 98 has the largest stock ls1 cam, it also has the ls1 intake which is more restrictive....hence they needed a bigger cam to make the same power.

The hp rating never changed on an ls1 from 98-02.

Please dont play the different cylinder head games either. They are all very similar and flow about the same amount of air.

Yes they did..LOL. The 98-00 Z/28 and TA was rated 305 while the 01/02 was rated 310 The 98-00 SS/WS6 was rated 320 while 01/02 was 325.

Yes the 98-00 have the LS1 intake and the 01/02 have the LS6 intake with different cams.

Need I gone on owning your dumbass? Please keep replying and showing your ass even more. I think Tooquickformost needs to give up that 3 year crown he has

um yes they did. from 305 to 310, and 320 to 325.

while the 98-00 cams may have been "bigger" then, 01-02's had a smaller duration which made up for the increased lift and valve overlap that the 98+ had.

01+ also had better flowing heads, and some got the LS6 block and oil pumps so it was better all around. 01-02's dynoed higher
