apparently "btchn tc" is vulgar and offensive. the plates were revoked about 4 months after i purchased them. i appealed the dmv, and had a court date to present any information i had showing that it wasn't vulgar. so i found a dictionary definition that said bitchin was slang for cool, outstanding, and some other crap. i was even showing at a car show one weekend and had 85 people sign a petition. haha. i fought about it with the dmv, then about 2 months later they sent me a letter that said i could keep my plates.
