No I believe you pay for it at the gate. Or else VIR security comes around and collects it, 24 hours a day (they'll give you a camping pass to hang on your rearview mirror either way.)

It's 12 hours of professional sportscar racing spread across two days. You can go right down in the paddock and get up close with 77 different cars and teams. Not to mention all the GT Live stuff... time attack cars brought over from japan... drifting... rallycross... car shows... stunt bikes... 40 bucks is a deal! (24hrs of Daytona, 12hrs of Sebring, Petit Le Mans, etc = $80+ for a ticket that offers similar access.)

The "ST" and "GS" classes each get their own 6-hour race at VIR that weekend.

Shit, I just signed up for the Drift event, it is the fee for that, then the ticket price as well! It should be WELL worth it!

 

For one day? Or all 2/3 days???? Can't find too much info about the tickets on that website.

 

$20/day in advance or $25/day at the gate (Saturday or Sunday, there is no Friday-only ticket.) $40/3 days in advance or $50/3 days at the gate:
