Alonso pretty much won it. There is no way he'll finish out side of 8th. The only chance is he crash or blow up.

As much as I hate to admit it, I don't think Schumi is going to win this year. I'm not a fan, but I'd like to see him go out on top, with his 8th championship. For him to win, he'd have to finish 1st and Alonso finish 9th or worse. They're both tied with wins right now.

Brazil is going to be a very interesting race. I'm glad to see that it's coming down to the final race of the season. Keeps things interesting.

 

If I had to bt money on it, I would side with you. But remember that all it takes is a minor mistake on any one drivers part to put Alonso in the dirt. I hope it doesn't happen that way. I hope he finishes 9th with no excuses, but the chances of that are pretty slim.

 

I want to say Senna, but his career was cut short while he was still in his prime.

I hope Alonso's motor blows on the last lap while he's leading.

Oh, and if it does, I doubt you'll see Schumi "wave" as he's stranded.
