If you can afford it, keep the Viper and get the Gallardo, but whatever you do definitely get the Gallardo.

I'm with John (^). Get the Lambo. Do what you want with the Viper, but make sure you add the Lambo to the stable. I'm not sure if you've driven one (I haven't) or sat in one (I have), but I'm sure you'll be impressed. Since Audi took over their interiors have taken a turn for the better.

If I'm remembering it correctly the Diablo's chassis is made of wet balsa wood. I'm probably wrong but it's something close.
