clemsondave: Is that a procharged Vette? That thing was STUPID fast, and those wheels were amazing!

I ran a personal best, 13.8 @ 106mph BUT it's not what I wanted. These 205's are holding me back and since the suspension is not at the regular drop, I was getting a ton of wheel hop. I only had 2 causalities of the day, my driver's side motor mount...again and my passenger side traction bar bent all over the place, .

I'll be back the 18th.

Thanks. Nah, that whistle is just a little pesky vacuum leak.

Did you see that Mustang with the HUGE procharger and the big hole inlet in the grill?? That thing is crazy. F3R Procharger! Made mine look like a hair dryer. I was talking with him, nice guy. He took out 400hp yesterday trying to hook!

did you see the guy with the prelude with progressively slower runs each time, starting at 15.3? yeah that was me burning up my clutch lol. The car is parked until i get a new clutch. My first time at the strip- who knew that 6k is too high to launch a front wheel drive car at? Not me apparently. Clutch slipped for the first few seconds, then tires spun for a bit, then maybe 5 seconds into it i got traction lol. Oh well despite being an idiot- i still had fun.
My first race I watched the guy in the other lane finish right as I passed the eighth mile marker haha

Hey, I'm still making mistakes after about 6 trips to the track. I have a pretty good coach and the RPM guys have helped a ton. I still decided to take it slow and lauch at idle for numerous runs.

Yeah, vacuum leak...haha!

And yea, that Mustang sounded like a space shuttle. I heard it in the staging lanes but looked back and saw my friends Civic hatchback and was like...what the fuck? Haha! Did you catch any times it ran?
