They have those at the mall. You get 10 minutes for $5. Also, some of the malls have little kiosks where you can get massaged right there. I've done that a few times. But I need a *good* massage.

I hang from a pull up bar pretty regularly to stretch it out, and I also do various stretches for the back.... It helps but is not good enough. If you know me, then you know how active I am... I think this is my back is telling me its time to feed it some attention!!

Not my current gym. Though, I am going to Golds Gym on Friday to join since its closer and has more convenient hours, and I beleive they have 1 free massage when you join.
