How hard is it to lower a car ?
Before my rents get me a springs that lower my s13 2.5"inches. How hard is it, can just the average joe that knows a decent amount about cars do it in a day ?

If you can't figure out how to change springs you shouldn't be working on a car. A set of spring compressors and a decent set of tools is all you'll need to take care of it.
