I'm just throwing out ideas. I'm cool with the weekend of the 5-7...as long as the wife is cool with it. I was thinking more of everyone else's pockets. Let them get paid some before blowin it at the mountain.

Sounds like a plan. I get paid for my time off during the holiday, so I'm not worried about the money like everyone else. I'll probably be snowboarding at least twice before then

Im good for that weekend (Jan 5,6,7th). As of right now, im 100% positive I could make it for atleast a day (Saturday). If we did have overnight accomodations, though, I could do the same as Josh and drive up Friday night and stay til sunday.

I can't make it until late Friday that week. I can't get out of work right now and I work from about 5am to 6pm...

I'm not sure who all has been to Masanuten (sp?), but Wintergreen is a lot bigger and has better runs. They also tend to have snow earlier and longer from my experiences.

I know Nismo is trying to plan something around where he'll be, but I don't think Wintergreen is too far off. Nismo, have you mapquested to check it out?
