HEy guys I havent been on this website in along time. I see things are not to much diffrent but the name. But other wise Im on here because Im looking into purchasing a new Audi a4 and I was trying to see if anyone on this website work at the Audi dealership so maybe we could help one another out.

He said new. I'm assuming that'd mean 2006 (leftover) or 2007.

I think Checkered Flag is our only Audi dealership here in Hampton Roads. They're in Virginia Beach off the blvd.

I want to be the first to tell you that Checkerd Flag is the biggest scam dealership I've ever seen ( except RK Chevrolet of course)

They offer a no good service department and will completely screw you in the ass.

P.S. This is not an attack on Black Nugget ( I have just had terrible problems with CF and so have many people I know, which include my diret family)

 

Which department? The BMW service has always met my expectations and made sure I was happy.

 

I've bought 4 brand new cars in the past from CF VW & Honda.
'98 VW Jetta GLX VR6
'02 VW Eurovan MV Weekender
'04 VW Golf R32
'06 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES/NAV

I bought all the VW's from the same salesperson, so they've always seemed to treat me fine and give me a good deal. Sadly, he doesn't work at CFVW anymore, so I can't say how the other CF employees handle customers. The salesman we dealt with at CF Honda was fine too. I wouldn't be scared to deal with CF Audi if the day ever came for me to buy one. Hopefully you can hook up with a good salesman and they will treat you right.

 

No personal offense taken, but I would like to know who you've dealt with at our dealership. Being that I work directly for the company as a whole, not any particular store - I handle customers for each location. I'd like to know if one of my sales people are offending my customers... or if it's simply a matter of you don't think you're getting a great deal.
In regards to service, I can not comment on that too much as I do not work on that side of the building. However I can comment that our BMW and Mini Service Department is ranked #1 in the country... so either you have never been to that store or unrealistic expectations.

The later of course is starting to become my natural instinct, after your complaints in the sushi thread.
